Regenerative happiness

Bula. Now every trip to Fiji helps bring our forests back to life.

Fiji is where happiness comes naturally, and that happiness rests on healthy land, clean rivers, and thriving forests. Regenerative happiness lets every visitor add to a living restoration effort across the islands.

Travel with a participating Fijian operator and a share of your trip goes straight to on the ground restoration led by local communities. You can watch the impact grow in real time, right here on this page.

Choose Fiji

Book your holiday with a participating operator. The program badge means a share of your trip goes to restoration here in Fiji.

Forests come back

Your contribution plants native trees like Vesi, Dakua Makadre, and Damanu in Ra Province, rebuilding forests with the Nanukuloa and Nayaulevu communities.

Watch it grow

Every tree is tracked. Follow the trees planted, hectares restored, and carbon removed as the program grows across the islands, live on this page.

Live impact

Fiji's restoration, in real time

Every tree, hectare, and tonne of carbon, updating as the islands recover.

For Fijian operators

When a Fijian operator joins the program, a share of every booking becomes trees in the ground in Ra Province. Visitors can add to it directly. Together that is how a whole destination brings its forests back, one trip at a time.

Featured project

Restoration of the Nakauvadra Mountain Foothills

Between the Nakauvadra and Nakorotubu ranges, the Nanukuloa and Nayaulevu communities are bringing forests back to land cleared a century ago. Native species like Vesi, Dakua Makadre, and Damanu are rebuilding habitat for wildlife found nowhere else, stabilising soil, and protecting the Wainibuka watershed.

Led by traditional landowners with Conservation International and the Ra Provincial Office.
